Sasha

Sasha has been an optician/ophthalmic assistant for over 30 years. She has been the head optician/technician and optical office manager at Laguna Eyes Optometry since 2001. With her infectious laugh, she is a favorite with many of our patients. She seems to know the perfect frame for each individual. She also enjoys working with contact lens patients and manages the insurance billing. She has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Chapman College. Her initial desire was to work in research; but found out, to her surprise, that she preferred working with patients more than in the lab! She has also been certified by the American Board of Opticians and the Contact Lens Association of Ophthalmologists. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading in her free time.
